Yes, our historic building is outfitted with an ADA accessible ramp. This is located at the gate to the left of the front door, please ring the buzzer for entry or have a member of your party check in with us at the entrance for assistance.

Why am I charged a service fee?

A 20% service charge is applied to Club Room reservations at the time of booking online to support staff wages and benefits. Additional tipping at the time of your visit is optional and always appreciated.

The service fee enables us to offer competitive wages and covers medical insurance benefits for full time staff.

Do I need to tip?

An optional but recommended twenty percent gratuity will be presented with your check for all in-house food and beverage purchases. If any issue arises, we kindly ask that you bring it to the attention of the manager.

All gratuities are distributed amongst our full service and kitchen staff as an important and relied upon portion of earnings for their skills and services. Our team is involved in all aspects of maintaining a welcoming space, sourcing, careful preparation, and serving our guests. These preparations begin early in the morning and continue well after the last guests leave. It is our duty to treat them as professionals with transparent fair pay and benefits. Your patronage of our restaurant and gratuity for these services is what supports these initiatives.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. All card transactions will have a 2.5% surcharge added. This fee goes directly to our merchant processor to cover the cost of card payments. This fee can be removed from your bill for cash payments. We kindly ask you to include a recommended twenty percent gratuity for service on cash payments. Please bring any concerns to our manager.

Where can I park?

Metered parking is available along North Rampart Street and is free after 7:00 PM and on Sundays. You will also find free street parking across North Rampart in the Treme, and two-hour spots in the adjacent French Quarter. Ride-share services offer direct dropoff on North Rampart.

How can I get extra assistance during my visit?

Our neighborhood offers a dedicated 24/7 patrol through the French Quarter Task Force app. Funded by our “Quarter for the Quarter” French Quarter sales tax, this service provides all visitors with rapid assistance and security escorts to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience.

Where does your seafood come from? Is it farm raised or wild?

We proudly source exclusively Gulf seafood from regional waters from multiple local purveyors. The oysters we serve are farm raised off-bottom. All shrimp, crabs and fish are wild caught. These selections are made with sustainability and a healthy ecosystem in mind.

We also offer caviar from further reaching waters. Our bowfin caviar is wild-caught from regional waters. Our sturgeon caviar is sustainably farm-raised.
